7.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course(s) for the duration specified on the course page.
7.2 You are granted a simple, non-transferable license to use the course materials for personal learning purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or public sharing of course content without prior written permission is prohibited.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements for accessing our courses (e.g., updated browsers like Chrome or Firefox, stable internet connection). We are not liable for issues arising from inadequate technical setups on your end.
All course content, including videos, texts, and downloadable materials, is protected by copyright laws and remains the intellectual property of Shivani Buchner. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing will result in legal action.

These Terms are governed by German law under exclusion of international private law provisions (such as CISG). For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection regulations apply in addition to German law.
