About the Instructor

I’m Shivani Buchner,  a leadership and communication coach with years of experience supporting professionals in high-pressure, people-heavy environments. My work is grounded in:  • neuroscience  • behavioral psychology  • real workplace dynamics I don’t believe communication improves through performance or perfection. It improves through awareness, emotional regulation, and conscious choice. That’s what this course is designed to teach.
